As we all know, this has been a very strange and difficult year for many people. But I like to think that Sewing, Knitting and Crafting has brought some comfort, relief and happiness to those who needed it.

Our Smile Loyalty Points Scheme was started! You can now earn points for every pound spent which can then be redeemed against future purchases! For every 100 points collected you will receive £5 to spend! Every little helps and we want to give back in some way!
Our telephone ordering service is now in full swing! During this year we recognised that some customers prefer to order over the phone (And actually speak to a human!). We now have a brilliant, knowledgeable customer service team here to take your calls Monday - Friday!
We welcomed 6 new team members! Joining the AK&S family are Olivia, Kira, Amanda, Heather, Debra and Andrea. Our ladies have settled in perfectly and we are so pleased to have them on board!
