We aim to provide a quick delivery by dispatching orders placed before 3pm on the same day.

Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post (UK) and is based on the weight and size of the order

Orders in the UK over £20 are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.

Royal mail Airmail ( Europe and rest of the world) overseas orders over £20 are sent by courier or by Royal Mail tracked services.

UK orders over £50, are posted free of charge.

Postage Rates are calculated according to weight and size of parcel but roughly equate to the following amounts:-

We accept returns provided the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that any items bought in our sale section or at sale price cannot be returned

Unless items are faulty the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any item arrives damaged or is faulty, then we will replace the item or refund the price and delivery charge.

Please note that we will only refund the delivery charge if the whole order is damaged or faulty.


Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original card / payal account used to make the purchase.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order, and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or telephone to cancel the order before the cancellation time period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible within 14 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
