We all know how exciting it is to receive a parcel full of Sewing/Knitting goodies and because of this, we make sure all of our parcels are sent same day as far a possible Monday - Friday if placed before 3pm. 

 
Postage Rates are calculated according to the weight and size of the parcel. The maximum we charge for postage to the UK is £4.50
 
All parcels to the UK are sent by The Royal Mail First Class Delivery. 
 
Parcels sent to the UK that are over £30 are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
This gives us a code that can be used to view when the parcel has been signed for or delivered. 
 
Parcels sent overseas (Europe and Rest of the World) that are over £30 are sent by a courier or by Royal Mail International Tracked Services. 
The maximum permitted weight for overseas orders with Royal Mail is  2kg per parcel (including packaging), so if your order weighs more than 2kg we will need to charge for 2 parcels.  We will contact you if this is the case.

Parcels sent to the UK that are over £50.00 receive Free Postage

Parcels to the UK - £1.99 for unlimited amounts
Parcels to Europe - £3.50 for unlimited amounts
Parcels to Row - £4.95 for unlimited amounts


Orders sent outside the United kingdom  may be subject to customs charges and/or local taxes. 

Returns

We accept returns provided the item being returned is in its original condition, within 14 days of purchase. 

Any items purchased in our Sale Section or at Sale Price cannot be returned. 

Please note that unless an item is faulty or damaged, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, then we will replace the item or refund the price of the item. 

Please notify us within 14 days if your order is faulty, damaged or incomplete

Please note that we will only refund the delivery charge if the whole order is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are made back to the original payment method used at checkout. 

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or telephone to cancel the order before the cancellation time period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us to our return address at your own cost. 

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible within 14 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

The supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
